Summary: Wouldn't train without it!
Comment: This is an amazing product, when I'm on it I don't workout unless I have taken it. I try to take 4-6 weeks off between cycles and keep it to 2 scoops in the beginning of each. You can find it cheaper online but the shipping costs and delays make amazon the sensible choice!

Comment: From reviews online, this has worked for a lot of people, and thats great for them. It got me hopped up for a little while, but ultimately, it just stopped working very quickly in the cycle. I didn't see any muscle gains and my workout motivation stopped being affected by it. I guess my body just adapted to it, about halfway through I just stopped taking it and gave it to my friend. I stopped feeling it even earlier, but just took it because i didn't want to waste the money. Try your friends if someone you know has it, before you buy it. A friend of mine who is huge has been taking it for two years, and he still loves it and it gets him pumped, not me. I guess you can't really tell until you take it for awhile. Good luck!

Summary: Great workout supplement!
Comment: With any supplement, don't use more than your body can handle. That being said, I took a scoop a day for three months, and everything worked great. Basically, I took a scoop thirty minutes before I went to the gym. Make sure you wait until your stomach is empty before you take it, otherwise the effects will be delayed because of the food that needs to be digested. Much of the boost comes from the caffeine, and you will find yourself more focused. This effect alone will help you stay in the gym longer, and lift more weight. The other supplements in No-Xplode help your body recover, and honestly I am not familiar with what they do, except for creatine. I have taken creatine by itself, and it definitely aids in muscle recovery and strength. Note that I am speaking from experience, but basically over 3 months I gained 15 lbs of muscle, from 135 to 150, while losing fat by taking this product. It definitely works. If you would rather not have elevated LFTs or whatever, then don't take it, but this product will definitely aid your work-outs, and if you value whatever fitness goal you are trying to accomplish, and the health benefits that come from greater fitness over whatever damage temporarily increased LFTs for three months might cause (presumably none--all those reviewers just stopped and it went away, and they had no side effects), then No-Xplode is the product for you. It is a great way to get started working out, and you absolutely don't have to take it ever again after 3 months, because you will already have built up momentum.

Comment: NO-explode gives me gratuitous amounts of energy. It makes me win at everything, forever. Since drinking NO-explode I have won at running, football, arson, weddings, and art. Don't gamble on your energy, drink NO-explode! =)

Summary: Best Muscle Builder I've Used...
Comment: If you take NO Explode about 20 - 30 minutes before you lift weights you can feel the results. After a few sets your muscles bulge like they are being flexed. It's basically creatine with a rapid delivery system so it gets the nutrients quickly to your muscles for maximum results. If you work out pretty regularly adding this suppliment as part of your routine can greatly increse the amount of mass you're building. I would recommend it to anyone who's looking to build or tone.
